Summer Solstice Free Fantasy – 26 Free Fantasy Books from the Amazon Kindle Store

Here’s something a little different for readers of this blog – authors Rose Andrade and Curtis Hox have joined forces with a group of fantasy authors to make their books free for today and tomorrow only, including their own books Bleedover (a dark fantasy) and Rupture (a young adult fantasy).  They are billing this promotion the Summer Solstice Free Fantasy.

In all, you’re looking at 26 (count ‘em!) free fantasy books from the Amazon Kindle store.  To check them out, just click here or type in http://amzn.to/M8O4TM into your web browser.  Grab them now while they are still free!

I Love your blog as well as the free book and app emails. I was very excited to see the email regarding summer solctice…BUT when i opened the link there are very few books that are actually free unless you are a Prime Memeber :( I did however get several books i will enjoy at no cost so Thank you!

      Sandra-

Please check again: at 6:25 a.m. this morning, 25 of the 26 are listed as free – the one that is not is having issues with the Amazon pricing system and it is trying to be resolved.

Actually, only 6 of the books are free, unless you borrow them on Amazon Prime. I’m disappointed, because Fantasy is my genre of choice, and I’ve, as usual, overspent my book budget for the month.

Good morning. I think someone gave you bad information. When I followed you link I found that The majority of the 26 fantasy books are free for Prime Members to read, not free to buy.

Thanks for all the other free books you’ve posted about. I enjoy your blog

Fantastic! I read a lot, and love having access to free e-books occasionally, just to see if I like them. It very often leads me to buying more from the same author. Thanks for this.

I subscribe for a couple of free book blogs, but yours is the BEST!! Thanks! SO excited about this group of books. I have already read a couple of them, but the rest will keep me busy for a while. Thanks for this great blog and all the books you notify us of.

Michael, thank you for this fantastic write up and your support. Websites like yours are crucial to indie authors!

I want to apologize to anyone who had trouble downloading the e-books earlier today, but Amazon was a bit late in making our e-books free. However, they are all free (except one that for technical problems will be free only tomorrow).

On behalf of the authors in the Summer Solstice Free Fantasy, I want to thank all readers and especially Michael for supporting our event!

    Many thanks!!

    Michael,

As the others have said, thanks so much for featuring our promo. I put in a lot of work to organize this over the past couple of weeks and really appreciate the feature!

I’ll keep you in mind for next time since I definitely plan on organizing more of these group promos.
